Product Description

The Hydraulic Filter Element is used in the hydraulic system to filter out particulate debris and rubber impurities to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. In order to reduce the dimension of the Filter element and increase the filtration area, the filter layer is generally folded into a corrugated shape, and the layer is generally pleated below 20 mm. The Filter Element is for high pressure section, medium pressure section, oil return section and oil suction section.

The inner wrap is professional rust-proof and tested by salt spray test bench to extend the storage life effectively.

The pleated filter layer has an outer skeleton that protects the filter layer and distributes the incoming fluid evenly over the filter layer. Also the outer skeleton can protect the filter layer away from mechanical damage.
